For all other times a  rota is posted in the porch during October/November each year inviting anyone who is interested to add their name where there are blank spaces. An invitation is also included in Outlook, so you shouldn’t miss it. You can offer to do the flowers as often or as little as you wish - anyone is welcome to put flowers in the church - you don't have to be an expert flower arranger or florist; in fact some flowers are better just arranged in a vase of water.

We do have several regular contributors but, sadly, the numbers are dwindling, so if you are new to the parish or this is something you hadn’t thought of before please do join us. Contact Jean Godfrey (01494 522198).

Flowers form an important part of our worship at Hughenden, reminding us of God’s wonderful creation and adding to a sense of his presence with us in this Church. We have four main festivals each year (Easter, Harvest, Christmas and Pentecost) when the Church is decorated by a regular group of helpers, although extra help is always welcome.
